With the installation 1BEER= Christian Kölbl thematize the emotionalization of advertising strategies. The starting point for the installation is the advertising campaign of Krombacher, which was developed together with WWF: “1 crate = one square meter of protected primeval forest”.
The “social sculpture” in the center of the room was drunk over the opening night. The inscription 1BEER= appealed to all consumers to make a wish on which world-improving attribute you drink. On the works on the wall, variously consumed logos of non-profit organizations gather to formulate a framing for my own signature.
